Shipment options
Dutch but not from Holland offers several shipping methods. Each of the shipping methods are described below. The delivery of the products is done by TNT post, a postal company that provides collection, sorting, transport and delivery services for national and international mail. TNT post processes up to 17 million postal items a day in the Netherlands and has more than 80.000 employees internationally.
Dutch but not from Holland offers the following shipping methods:

• Payment on delivery (rembours)
  This shipping method offers the possibility to pay the costs of the product and shipping on delivery (or pick up) instead of paying up front. This shipping method is only available for orders from the Netherlands below and parcels below € 2.000,-. Shipments are insured automatically up to € 500,- a parcel.
• Normal shipment NL
  This shipping method is available for delivery within the Netherlands. A second delivery is made if the recipient is not home the first time. After the second time the parcel can be picked up at one of the 650 postal offices of TNT post. On delivery the receiver is asked to sign a receipt.
• Normal shipment EU
  This shipping method is available for delivery within the the European Union. A second delivery is made if the recipient is not home the first time. On delivery the receiver is asked to sign a receipt.
• Insured shipment (NL & EU)
  In case the parcel is damaged or missing you are insured for the purchase value of the shipment. Insured shipment is optional for shipment of parcels in the Netherlands or the other countries in the EU with a value from € 500,- up to a maximum of € 5.000,-.

Payment options
Dutch but not from Holland offers the following payment methods:

• iDeal (WeDeal)
• Direct transfer

iDeal (weDeal)
Each person that has a Dutch bank account can pay with iDeal. iDeal offers a payment method that allows Dutch bank account owners to pay, using their own online banking environment.  
WeDeal is the productname of a specific service for the processing of the payments. This service is offered by PayDutchGroup, our partner for the payment methods. For you as a customer there is no difference, payment are done with iDeal.

Direct transfer
Direct transfer is an universal gateway for 46 million European consumers to all internet banking systems in the EU. With Direct transfer a customer can pay using his or her own online banking environment by choosing the country, preferred bank, providing the bank account number and confirming the transaction with use of the TAN code.

Direct transfer is available for the Netherlands, Germany, France and England. It will be soon available for other countries in the EU.

Customer guarantee
The payment methods WeDeal and Direct transfer guarantee that you will get your money back if we do not deliver, or if the delivery is not according to what was ordered (see the Terms and conditions for more information). All transfers done with these payment methods will be held for a specific period on an independent third party bank account monitored by the Dutch government.
