We're Dutch, but not from Holland

You may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 working days of receipt without cause. You receive a refund of the price paid. Dutch but not from Holland will pay the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product. Reimbursement will occur after Dutch but not from Holland received the product and checked it for possible damage. If the product is damaged, the costs will be at your expense. You will receive a refund of the product price and VAT but not for shipping costs. You are solely responsible for returning the product. This is at your own expense.
