Dutch but not from Holland delivers to Holland, Germany, France and to the United Kingdom. The reason Dutch but not from Holland now only delivers to these countries has to to with the fact that the payment method we use isn't available in other countries than these.
 
If you do not live in one of these countries and want more information about a product or want to place an order. Please contact us and we will take care of it. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Payment can be done in three ways, namely by iDeal (WeDeal), Direct transfer and by rembours. Click here to read more about our paying methods.

While your order is pending you can always cancel it by contacting Dutch but not from Holland by sending an email to: info@dutchbutnotfromholland.eu and providing them, your name and address, name of the product  and order number. Contact information can be found on the website.

Send an email to info@dutchbutnotfromholland.eu, including your name and the order number, so that the payment can be arranged.

You will have to do the full payment to continue the order. You will receive the product after full payment is done.

You get a bill for every product you buy on Dutch but not from Holland. You will receive this bill together with the product you bought.

You as a consumer may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 working days of receipt without cause and receive a refund of the price paid. Dutch but not from Holland will pay the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product. The shipping costs are at your own expense. To do this you must inform Dutch but not from Holland in writing and return the products immediately, in the same condition you received them and at your own cost and risk. Dutch but not from Holland guarantees to you that Dutch but not from Holland products will be free from defects upon delivery. Should the product be defective upon delivery, Dutch but not from Holland, will replace product, if this is possible, within a reasonable time. If replacement is not possible, your will get a refund. All reasonable care and endeavor shall be used to resolve problems within a realistic period in the circumstances. You will receive a refund of the product price and VAT but not for shipping costs. You are solely responsible for returning the product. This is at your own expense. Reimbursement will occur after Dutch but not from Holland received the product. Not all the works are signed. This can be because not all the work can be signed, like for example felted jewelry. The paintings and drawings are signed by the artists

There are several pictures of every product on the website. If you want to see the product 'for real' you can make an appointment. You can find the contact information on www.dutchbutnotfromholland.eu. Dutch but not from Holland can be found on several art fairs. Information about how and when can be found in our newsletter. So sign up for our newsletter now and you will be the first to know. It is also possible to come see the product in Heerlen, the Netherlands. To do this you have to make an appointment by giving Dutch but not from Holland a call or by sending an email, using the contact form.

Dutch but not from Holland tries to deliver the product within 14 days after receiving payment for this specific product. The maximum delivery period is 30 days. The place of delivery is stated in the order confirmation.

Dutch but not from Holland offers the following shipping methods:payment on delivery (rembours), normal shipment NL, normal shipment EU and insured shipment (NL & EU). The delivery of the products is done by TNT post, a postal company that provides collection, sorting, transport and delivery services for national and international mail.

Dutch but not from Holland is managed by the Dutch company Driezesnul, as you can see in our contact information. The fact that Dutch buyers pay VAT and buyers from other country's don't is policy of the Dutch government.

The height of the shipping costs is based on the fees  of the shipping company. The costs are depending on the weight, seize and by the distance the product has to travel.

The artists determine the prices for their products themselves. The shipping costs are based on the fees of the shipping company. The VAR is legally set on 19% of the product price by the Dutch state (and only applies on Dutch customers).

  • Pending: Your order is being processed. Dutch but not from Holland is shipping your order as soon as your payment is received.
  • Payment received: Dutch but not from Holland received you payment and starts checking, packaging and shipping your order.
  • Shipped: The product you ordered is shipped to your address.
  • Completed: The order is completed. Payment and shipment are completed. You received the product you bought on Dutch but not from Holland.
  • Canceled: Your order is being canceled by Dutch but not from Holland or by you yourself.

 

After your order is finalized, the administrator of the webshop checks if the hole ordering process was done properly. This is to be sure everything is in order for both parties. Then the product will be checked on defects and packaged for shipment with the utmost care. We ship each Thursday. Shipment is taken care of by TNT post, a postal company that provides collection, sorting, transport and delivery services for national and international mail. They will deliver the product to the address of delivery, which was provided by you during the ordering process.

The collection of Dutch but not from Holland is updated several times a year. Dutch but not from Holland than selects the products of designers and artists that want to sell their work at www.dutchbutnotfromholland.eu. If you fit the profile and if you are interested you can send information and pictures of the products you make to info@dutchbutnotfromholland.eu.

The philosophy behind Dutch but not from Holland is to create a stage for upcoming artists and designers from Limburg so that they can profile themselves. Dutch but not from Holland wants to create chances for these artists and designers. The profit and turnover that is made, is used to create these chances and help the artists and designers profile themselves.

Dutch but not from Holland wants to offer art and design that is original, fresh, surprising and last but not least beautiful. These are the criteria for the choice of products.

The artists and designers who sell their products on Dutch but not from Holland are living and working in Limburg, in the south of Netherlands.
